Fat is our Friend
Fat; the word still makes us feel a bit squeamish. And that's not surprising when for years, you've been told that eating fat makes you fat... and maybe ill. Except that it's not true.

By eating fewer starchy foods and more full-fat food, you reduce the amount of insulin that your body produces. Insulin, the master hormone, regulates how your body uses fuel from food, maintains your long-term health and results in a better balanced body.
